Does your shop accept returns?


Yes but with some minor exceptions. If it was a customised order made we do not accept returns. We will gladly accept all none customised products returned to us (within 14 days) as long as it is returned to us in the same condition as when we sent it to you. Let us know if you are returning something... maybe we can reach an agreement short of a full return. Part three... you will always pay for return shipping.




Will my purchases arrive well packaged?


Always! Lollipop Lodge take great care (and pride) in packaging your purchase. We always are mindful of being "green". We must say however, that we are not responsible for gross mishandling by the carrier(s) or loss of an item. Valuable items will always have insurance added.

We are online everyday and the best way to get our attention is by starting a convo. We'll answer you as quickly as we can, this may take up to an hour.
